Bar’s Troubled History
Star Bar has a documented history of violent incidents, arrests, and multiple violations—including controlled substance offenses, assaults, disturbances, and shootings. Due to these repeated issues, the North Carolina Alcohol Law Enforcement conducted an investigation, leading the NC ABC Commission to suspend the bar’s ABC permits.
